The mini sanitary napkin making machine has three different units namely de-fibration, core forming and sealing unit for de-fibration of wood pulp, core forming and sealing with poly propylene respectively. It is a technology to prepare the low cost sanitary napkin with the same materials by cutting down the cost in production. It requires 3 to 4 manpower to produce 2 pads in per min.
Novelty lies in integration of well known equipments size reduction unit (de-fibration), core forming press and manually operated electric sealing unit. This cut down the cost of production, which leads to a reduction in cost of the product.
