Mr. Madan Lal Kumavat lives in Jaipur district in a village known as Balmukundpura, which is near Bagru village. He and his brother have studied upto primary level. His brother Shankar Lalji has been working in a small company which makes threshers. He learned all the things required for making threshers, and he has taken care that the problems faced by the farmers should not repeat in his machine. 
Improved Thresher: He has devised a thresher, by changing the sieves of which, grain seeds, oil seeds and pulse crops could be threshed. It has only two bearings, which could be changed easily. Advantages: The quality of the seeds threshed with the help of this thresher is good and hence they could be packed directly. It has a capacity to thresh 15-30 quintals of seeds / hour. |
