Prajna Ritaparna, a part of NIF-India since 2016, is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biotechnology. She does verification and detail documentation of innovative practices in coordination with field researchers, also manages scouting data for the Eastern region. Her responsibilities also encompass on-field trials for herbal compositions and farmer-developed varieties, involving data collection and comprehensive field assessments. She contributes to children's creativity programs, specifically Inspire Manak, including the evaluation process. She facilitates connections between innovators and local administrations for the IPR team, coordinates internships for college students, organizes program mobilization through meetings and workshops, disseminates materials in local languages, conducts village meetings, and actively engages in women's innovation programs.
