Dr. Arjun Parmar holds a doctorate in Processing and Food Engineering from Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU). He was awarded the SHODH scholarship in recognition of his academic excellence and research contributions during his doctoral studies.
Dr. Arjun was honored with the Young Researcher Award – 2024 at the 6th International Conference HITASA-2024, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of Processing and Food Engineering. His expertise in driving innovative solutions and advancing knowledge management continues to leave a significant mark on his field. Prior to his current role as a Junior Associate at the National Innovation Foundation, he served as a Senior Research Fellow at the College of Horticulture, JAU, Junagadh.
