He is a Science graduate from the University of Kashmir. He joined NIF-India in October 2014 and served in capacities as an accounts assistant and office assistant from 2014 to December 2020. Currently holding the position of Field Researcher/Scout since January 2021, their job profile includes scouting and documentation, dissemination of technology at grassroots levels, and involvement in technological and herbal innovations related to human health, animal health, and agriculture. His responsibilities encompass follow-up and verification of herbal innovations, collection of plant samples with photographs, and herbarium preparation. Noteworthy accomplishments include scouting 74 engineering, 1385 human health, 490 veterinary, 229 plant photos, and 107 herbariums. Additionally, he has disseminated technologies such as water lifting pumps, cow dung pot machines, and head load-reducing devices, covering 14 NBA/PoA, 9 districts, and 72 villages in Kashmir and 2 districts and 4 villages in Jammu.
