Subhankar Naskar, Msc. in Agricultural and Rural Development, has an on-field exposure of remote regions of India. He currently serves as a Senior Project Associate (SPA), where his primary focus is on the SDDM and Inspire-related activities. He has scouted more than 220 Engineering innovations & more than 2650 ITK practices from several untapped districts of West Bengal and Jharkhand. His core responsibility also includes detail documentation, plant sample collection and being a link between innovators and local authorities, wherever necessary. He has disseminated around 25 seed variety and 10 technologies among more than 300 farmers and also obtained field trial (seed variety) data from the several districts of West Bengal.
