National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF) signed an agreement with Kaviraa Solutions

National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF) signed an agreement with Kaviraa Solutions for non-exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights of Walker with adjustable legs, an innovation by Shalini Kumari, a student innovator from Patna, Bihar.

Shalini has been a national award winner of NIF in its IGNITE 2011 student competition where she got an award at the hands of former President of India, Bharat Ratna, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. Read More

NIF BVG setup new joint venture company for the commercialization of Healthy foods

National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF) entered into an agreement with Bharat Vikas Group (BVG) India Ltd to form a New Joint Venture Company for Nutraceuticals and Healthy foods based on the outstanding traditional knowledge. The MOU was signed at BVG Office by Shri H R Gaikwad, CMD, BVG India Ltd and Dr Vipin Kumar, Director and Chief Innovation Officer, NIF India on 5th June 2014 at Pune.

BVG is keen to explore opportunities for Nutraceutical and functional food based products for different segments of the Society. Therefore, BVG is entering into a joint & symbiotic relationship with NIF. Read More
