She pursued her B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology, M.Tech in Biotechnology, MBA in Biotechnology Management, PG Diploma in Bioinformatics, PG Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management and Ph.D. in Faculty of Technology. She secured GATE, CSIR NET and ASRB NET scores. She holds 6 years of research experience and 2 years 5 months of teaching experience. Concurrently she has filed 1 national patent and published 14 research articles, 1 review article and 1 book chapter. Her doctoral research in food biotechnology was centered on the development of a multi-targeted preservative approach of seafood without molecular and organoleptic changes. Furthermore, her enrolment as research fellow focused on metagenomics analysis and species characterization of entomopathogenic fungi and soft rot pathogens. Presently, she joined in hand with team NIF in dissemination and social diffusion of innovative technologies and products to enhance the employment opportunities and sustainable quality living for rural population of India.
